I design, build, deploy and operate production software end to end. Over the last 18 months I have independently shipped three live systems: a construction-compliance SaaS built in partnership with a registered Melbourne builder, an AI document platform with live Stripe subscription billing, and a production voice AI that answers a real phone line.

Before software I managed operations — hotels, retail, warehousing. I build for the people who actually run the process, because I've been one of them.

How I engineer

I own the full engineering cycle — problem definition, architecture, implementation, databases, integrations, testing, security, deployment and production operation. Every system on this page is one I designed, built, shipped and still run.

Modern engineering is also about leverage. For each problem I select and direct the right mix of models, agents, automation and traditional workflows, and I own what they produce: nothing ships without my architecture, my review, tests and approval gates.

The skill that matters isn't generating code. It's knowing what should be built, how it should be architected, which tool belongs to which job, how to challenge the output, when a human must hold authority, and what it takes for the finished system to survive production.
