Every operator receives an explicit list of capabilities. It cannot invent new permissions because someone asks nicely — we proved that by attacking our own.
Explicit capabilities
It can only do the specific things you grant — answer, navigate, prepare a form, or a named approved action. Nothing else exists to it.
Confirmation on consequences
Anything that submits, sends or changes something shows the visitor a review and waits for an explicit yes.
Evidence, not claims
It only says something was done after the website confirms it actually happened.

This is controlled operation of explicitly integrated website capabilities. It is deliberately not:
- control of arbitrary software or your whole computer
- a bot that clicks around your site guessing at buttons
- autonomous website editing, deployment or code changes
- unrestricted access to your customer database
- autonomous payments, contracts or compliance decisions
- anything we haven't built and tested for your site
If a capability isn't on your operator's list, it cannot do it — by design, not by good behaviour.
