Directly from you. When you contact us through our enquiry form, request a Free Growth Audit, call us or send us an email, we may collect your name, email address, business name, phone number and the content of your message.
Through delivering the SIYA service to clients. SIYA monitors a client's nominated channels — including phone calls, Facebook and Instagram comments and messages, and reviews — to detect buying signals and prepare responses for the client's approval. In doing this, we may process personal information belonging to our client's customers, acting as a service provider on our client's instructions. The client remains responsible for their own customers' personal information under their own privacy policy.
Automatically. Like most websites, we may automatically collect standard technical and analytics data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring website.

We use personal information to:
- respond to enquiries and Free Growth Audit requests
- deliver, operate and improve SIYA for our clients
